Successful ignition of Shanxi Jintou Xiagong 1000t / D active lime which main equipment supplied by Pengfei Group

On December 28, the main equipment of 1000 TPD high calcium active lime rotary kiln production line manufactured by Jiangsu Pengfei group was successfully ignited.

In this project, Pengfei group manufactured, installed and commissioned Φ 4.88 × 70m rotary kiln , Φ 14.5 × 4.26m vertical preheater and 5.2 × 5.5 × 10.3m vertical cooler. In November 2019, the equipment has been transported to the construction site in batches and at the same time, company's technicians were also doing the installation and guidance.Finally,they fulfilled the equipment operation debugging and standard production test.

The project adopts advanced production technology and equipment, strictly implements national industrial and environmental protection policies, and adheres to energy conservation and green development. During the construction period, the company and Jintou Xiagong building materials Co., Ltd. cooperated with each other, organized carefully, and carried out safe and civilized construction to ensure the implementation of the construction schedule and the quality of the project.

In November 2020, the national standard research meeting of "technical requirements for complete sets of equipment for lime calcination" was held in Pengfei group. Pengfei group, as the leader unit of national standard formulation for lime rotary kiln, takes the lead in organizing standard formulation and research. Now it solicits opinions from all relevant units in the country. After passing the expert review meeting, it will be issued and implemented according to the approval procedure.
